They started out pretty good...
...but it turns out neither of us are very good at flipping shamrock-shaped pancakes, so they ended up like this:
Oh well! They still tasted good!
I decided to try again with some shamrock sugar cookies:
And they turned out a little better than the pancakes!
Still kinda odd shaped though. I guess a shamrock is just a hard shape to work with...Anyway, Happy St. Patrick's Day (a day late)!
